    Julia is a graduate nutritionist who has been fascinated by the far-reaching positive effects of fasting since the beginning of her studies. She has conducted research in various human studies on the health effects of fasting, interned at a Berlin fasting clinic, and has already guided numerous people through their fasting periods. She is currently undergoing her medically recognized training as a fasting guide at the Academy for Integrative Fasting.
