She has completed training and further education in the fields of nutritional and orthomolecular medicine, Chinese dietetics, raw food therapy, detoxification procedures, vegan nutrition counseling, fasting therapy, and herbal medicine (phytotherapy).

It’s also helpful if you want to learn more about mindful eating and micronutrients to make your daily life more conscious and active.
The approach is flexible and tailored to your individual needs. Often, a food diary helps to determine together which foods are particularly suitable for your daily life. If needed, you’ll receive a plan that takes into account your goals and preferences, showing you step by step how to implement a balanced, everyday-friendly diet.
First, you discuss your current habits and goals with your nutritional consultant. Based on this, you jointly develop an individual concept, which may include the use of tests if needed. You receive practical tips on food selection, micronutrients, and strategies on how to implement a balanced and everyday-friendly diet in the long term.

The nutritional counseling lasts about 60 minutes and is conveniently conducted by phone. After the conversation, you’ll receive a detailed consultation protocol (PDF) from our nutritional consultant. This contains all the discussed content as well as individual recipes that can support you in your daily life.
