What is the Medicross Partner Program?
With the Medicross Partner Program, you can integrate our tests into your work. You benefit from attractive partner conditions and receive all the necessary materials free of charge. We take care of analysing the hair samples you send in.
Who can become a Medicross partner?
Our partner program is aimed at professionals in the health, nutrition and wellness sectors. A long-term, trusting collaboration is central to us. For a successful start, we recommend a quota of at least 20 tests.
What are the requirements?
To register, we need your business address and – if available – your VAT or tax number. After registration, you will receive all the documents required for the collaboration free of charge.
Which tests can partners offer?
You can offer the Micronutrient Test, the Intolerance Test and the Combi Test. In addition, heavy metal, microplastic and toxin tests are available as add-on tests. Add-on tests can only be carried out together with a micronutrient or combi test.
What materials do partners receive?
You receive submission forms with a personal partner ID, prepaid return envelopes, sample bags for hair samples and information materials. All documents are sent to you free of charge.
Are there any costs for the materials?
No, the documents are non-binding and free of charge. We only charge for the tests that you actually send in and that we analyse. So there is no obligation and no financial risk for you.
How many submission forms can be ordered?
We ship between 20 and 1000 units – depending on your needs. Start with a quantity that matches your current number of clients. Reorder in good time so that no shortage arises. As we support many partners, shipping may take a few days.
How does the collaboration work?
There are two options: either you keep the materials ready in your practice and fill out the submission form together with your clients, or you send test kits directly to your clients. They complete the submission form themselves and send it directly to us. Both options work without any problems.
Do Medicross submission forms have to be used?
Yes, absolutely. Our submission forms are central to a smooth process. Loose hair samples with handwritten notes cause considerable additional effort and increase the error rate. In order to maintain the favourable partner prices in the long term, we need standardised processes.
Are individual solutions possible?
For larger collaborations, we offer individual solutions on request, for example with your own branding or white-label concepts. Feel free to talk to our team.
Why is the online questionnaire important?
The online questionnaire allows submissions to be processed quickly and with fewer errors. The information is transferred directly into our system and does not have to be entered manually.
What is important when filling it out?
Please enter the order number exactly as it appears on the submission form – e.g. 8000-079. This is the only way the hair sample can be correctly assigned.
To which email address is the test result sent?
The test result is always sent to the email address entered in the online questionnaire. If you would like all results to be sent to you, please enter your own email address in the questionnaire.
Can the data still be changed?
No, once submitted, the data can no longer be changed retroactively. If you notice an error, simply fill out the questionnaire again and resubmit it. For the analysis, we always use the most recently submitted version.
How are hair samples submitted correctly?
Cut 10–20 hairs as close to the scalp as possible, place them in the sample bag and attach it to the submission form. Then fold the submission form together with the bag and send everything in the prepaid return envelope. Detailed instructions are included with your documents.
To which address are the samples sent?
For EU partners and EU clients: Medicross, Heuriedweg 20, 88131 Lindau am Bodensee, Germany. For Swiss partners and Swiss clients: Medicross, Herrengasse 30, 9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein. You will find the appropriate address already printed on the return envelope.
Why is packaging in the sample bag important?
Please never place the hair loosely in the envelope. The sample should always be in the designated sample bag and attached to the submission form with a paperclip. This keeps the sample optimally protected during transport.
How does billing work?
Billing takes place monthly for the tests analysed in the previous month. At the end of the month, you receive a consolidated invoice. The payment term is 30 days. This gives you maximum transparency and flexibility.
How much do the tests cost in the partner program?
You will receive the current prices when you register as a partner. Our pricing model is transparent and clear, so that you know all the costs even before you sign up.
Are there volume discounts?
With a higher test volume, you benefit from attractive volume discounts. You will receive the current discount tiers when you register. The more tests you submit, the more favourable your conditions become.
How long does the analysis take?
We guarantee an analysis within 10 working days of receipt of the sample. In most cases, processing is faster. As soon as your report is available, the test result is automatically sent by email and you receive a notification.
How is the test result structured?
You receive the test result as a PDF by email. The micronutrient test shows vitamin, mineral and trace element values. The intolerance test lists the reactive substances. Add-on tests show possible exposure to heavy metals, microplastics or toxins, including corresponding explanations.
