A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

1. Right of Withdrawal 

US Consumers have a 24 hour cool off period. You have a legal right of withdrawal for orders placed. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must declare your withdrawal to us. Your statement must clearly indicate that you wish to withdraw from the contract. 

The withdrawal period begins upon conclusion of the contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. The withdrawal can be made in the form of a letter or email.US customers have a voluntary right of withdrawal within 24 hours after placing an order. You can also use the enclosed sample withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. 


2. Consequences of Withdrawal 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the initial transaction. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. 

Due to the fact that the dispatch note is sent digitally by email, there are no shipping costs to the consumer. After the service has been provided during the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal expires, and you have no entitlement to withdraw from the service. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: 

- Contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-fabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. This applies in particular to individually manufactured nutrient formulas that are produced according to customer specifications based on the analysis and selection information provided by the consumer. 


3. Compensation 

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely when you download the complete submission form. This applies regardless of whether you send in the sample or not. By downloading the submission form, you expressly agree that we may begin to perform the service before the end of the withdrawal period. As a result, you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the download of the submission form has been completed. Please note that once the download has been completed, you are no longer entitled to cancel the service.  

The right of revocation expires prematurely as soon as the direct start is requested or the service has been provided before the end of the revocation period. This also includes sending in the samples. 


4. Premature Extinguishment of the Right of Withdrawal 

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and started the execution of the contract only after you have given your explicit consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract. 

Due to the fact that the registration form is sent digitally by email, there are no shipping costs to the consumer. After the service has been provided during the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal expires, and you have no entitlement to withdraw from the service. 
The right of cancellation expires as soon as the consumer has sent the sample. 

The consumer is informed that the right of withdrawal expires prematurely by downloading the submission form.
